Hwang In-chan is a poet. He made his debut in 2010 in the literary magazine 현대문학. His first collection, 『구관조 씻기기』 (2012), won the 31st Kim Su-young Literary Award, making him its youngest recipient. In 2021, he received the 66th 현대문학상. His other collections include 『희지의 세계』, 『사랑을 위한 되풀이』, 『여기까지가 미래입니다』 and 『이걸 내 마음이라고 하자』.
